The big bag dosing station DUO has an integrated screen - the WDW SwingSelect vibrating sieve is the perfect solution for separating your products from friction dust, debris, dust and contamination.

Your product is fed from a container, e.g. a big bag, and transferred via the vibrating conveyor chute. The product and the screenings are collected separately and can be dosed directly into a container, e.g. a big bag, using an optional floor scale. The degree of screening can be adapted to your needs through the use of different screen inserts. Depending on the product and the desired degree of screening, an average screening capacity of 100 L / min. can be achieved.
