Products
Differential weighing systems
Differential weighing systems are used for dosing micro, medium and macro components. The additives are added to the respective storage cells in big bags or sacks via a filling platform. Differential weighing of the cells takes place, i.e. each cell is designed as a scale, so the exact stock value of the cell can be evaluated at any time. The dosing of the cells takes place via various discharge devices simultaneously onto one discharge device (e.g. trough conveyor belt, RBTF) into the mixer.
On request, the systems can be supplied with a stand-alone control and visualisation system or integrated into an existing process control system. The release of the lid weighing for filling the storage cells can be secured by a barcode system, which is also mapped in the control system. Filling errors can be directly detected through continuous stock control.
